Randy is a popular performer at the Center. Lucie performed during the 2010 KSO concert and with Randy during the 2009 Smoky Mountain Flute Circle concert. A rare combination of Native American flute and violin music -- don't miss this special evening!

featuring Miss Lily's famous BBQ Plate -- BBQ pork, beans, slaw, cookie and drink.

6:30 PM Concert by Pistol Creek Band

$15.00 for both concert and BBQ

$10.00 for children under 12 years of age.

This annual event raises funds for Walland Elementary School, Townsend Elementary School, Hearts & Hands, Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont, Mary Tippett Library, Little River Lumber Company Museum and the Heritage Center.

The most popular event at the Center is back, and better than ever - more fun including the new Hog Calling Contest and some returning favorites like watermelon seed-spitting contest and the Lodge Ladies Skillet Throw! Competition in art (students), honey, wood and metal working (students), produce, canning, floral design, baked goods and poultry. Historic demonstrations. And the "Best Pie in the Cove" competition, presented in 2010 by Blackberry Farm.
