Brent Lambert, Executive Director: Directs all fundraising activities and programs at the Center, executes marketing and public relations strategies, oversees day-to-day operations, and works closely with Board and Guild members, sponsor representatives, and community leaders. Logan Hull, Director of Operations: Logan coordinates festivals, special events, concerts, and speakers for the Heritage Center. She also works with guests who wish to rent the facility to host weddings, corporate events, and private events on the grounds, as well as overseeing the customer service and ticketing. Beth Sutton, Curator of Education: Beth works with teachers and other groups to create educational visits to the Heritage Center. She also works with the Heritage Center’s docents to provide students and families with hands-on learning experiences for all ages. Contact Beth at [email protected]
Trevor Lanier, Museum Curator: Trevor maintains collections and works on upcoming exhibits within the museum. He also interprets and shares the stories of the region with guests through living history presentations. Trevor is also the coordinator of the Cades Cove Heritage Tours and schedules public and private tours. Contact Trevor at [email protected]
Sherry Harris, Director of Business Development: Sherry makes lasting connections through community contacts to help sustain the Heritage Center. Through sponsorships and partnerships, Sherry supports the financial responsibilities of the Center. Contact Sherry at [email protected]
Jill Cable, Administrative Assistant: Jill assists the Director with special event administration, manages employee time records, maintains databases, processes payments, manages memberships and answers members’ questions. Contact Jill at [email protected]
Sarah Share, Educational Assistant: Sarah assists the Curator of Education to create enriching programs for the numerous schools that visit the Heritage Center. She also assists in grant writing and the planning of new and engaging programming. Contact Sarah at [email protected]
Lorna Keathley, Associate Curator -Technology and Visitor Experience: Lorna assists with the curation of special museum exhibits and completes a variety of tasks that include enhancing the visitor experience through unique and new educational forms.
Zee Johnston, Store Clerk– Runs the front desk and answers the many questions that guests have while visiting.
